I am just a newbie, and I recently tries to withdraw from this broker. The reason is that I finally accumulated enough money from my trading, which is not a lot I admit, but it is pretty good for a beginner.
Anyway...I couldn't withdraw that money. However, when I check with customer service, they said that the amount of money I had is not enough for their minimum withdrawal amount.
Now, I wasn't aware of this and I couldn't find this information anywhere. So I was pretty upset. I wish they will tell me about this blatantly so that I won't get false hope.
I am on a venture to look for the best broker with suitable trading costs. I have to say that TMGM is pretty much up on my list. I know that they have classic accounts and edge accounts. Trading cost-wise, can anyone pointer which one has the best deal of all?
Normally trading accounts with low spreads always charged commissions so this is very important for me and they tend to make the cost higher than standard if you aren't careful.
It has been months since I tried withdrawing my money from this broker and still I failed. I was using a credit card to deposit money, and eventually, I cannot withdraw the money through the same channel. Which is so odd considering it wasn't the first time I'm doing it.
I gotta use another method that contains a huge fee such as a global wire transfer. Ironically, I was choosing credit cards purposely because it says 'free withdrawal charge'. So if anyone likes to use a credit card to deposit and withdraw money through refund in order to reduce the fee
What kind of educational support does TMGM offer for new traders. I really need a broker that has learning programs that are geared towards beginners. Also, I would prefer it to be exclusive for their clients only as I think most brokers who did this tend to have mediocre materials, while it's informative it is not as satisfying. Also, what kind of program do they offer? I love webinars but I am open to all kinds of methods.
All the system works for me. As a traditional trader, their system works very very well.

In my opinion, TMGm has one of the best services I have ever seen. They are excellent brokers with prestigious licenses. Not to mention, the spreads are very satisfying. In fact, they are one of the most competitive spread brokers I have ever tried. They also provide support for many types of the port of deposit and withdraw quick processing, and quick matching order To be honest, I can't find anything I dislike about this broker yet, but then again I have only been trading with them for quite a bit so my opinion might change in the future.

While I agree that TMGM has one of the best services all around, they do have flaws. For example, I have encountered a slippage issue that is kinda huge like around 10pips. However, this doesn't happen that often, only sometimes but it's really annoying that it does. I already contacted their customer service and asked about it since it's is quite huge so I want to know if it's actually my fault or is it a technical issue they need to fix? They have been very kind during our chat and now I am waiting for the solutions. Right now I'll give 4 stars rating, but if the problem is fixed, I'll change it maybe.
