I submitted my withdrawal request in mid-November. But I haven't gotten any answers regarding this request. I guess I have been more than patient when it comes to waiting. The customer service didn't offer any useful advice or support at all. I am extremely tired of asking what should have been mine. Does this mean I will never see my money ever again?
