InstaForex never said that the Eurica account is the same as ECN, a little similar because it has zero spread + commission, doesn't mean it can be called ECN.

In CFD Trading and indices, is the swap still applied even though the account type is Swap Free?

Insta.Eurica Trading Account is the type of account that does not require payment of any spread on opening a deal. Most trading accounts for these currency instruments carry out zero spreads, as can be seen from the Bid and Ask prices which are always the same.
