Does IC Markets offer other forms of customer service? Perhaps through a chat room or a phone call service? I know that they have emails, but it took a while to answer. I actually had the opportunity to ask questions about them through the email service but it doesn't answer me fast enough. I have to say that I am a little bit worried because if something urgent happened, I couldn't contact them right away.
